I don't understand the 5 star comments claiming this is art, If they mean the kind of art that sees a banana duct taped to a museum wall, then yes, maybe it is art. Joaquin Phoenix was excellent as always, And that is basically the only good thing I can say about this movie. I sat through it hoping for something to make sense, Maybe an ending where the point of view was from someone in reality that would explain what everything meant, But boy was I wrong, If anything, the ending just added to the confusion. If this movie was intended to make you think, then they have certainly achieved that goal, because I am now sat here thinking what an absolute waste of 3 hours that was.
