Well acted, but the story revolves more around the political climate and not really about Padre Pio. The film has that artsy slow paced, shakey, unfocused camera, weird dream-state feel. I was very disappointed. I was hoping to learn more about him. I think it should have been named something else because it wasn't really enough about him.
