It's just bad, simply put the gameplay is lacking and unjustified for a 40 dollar price tag. The game has several glitches and instance where it just breaks. The graphics are laughably bad. I'm playing on a base ps4 and it's sad to see how much they copped out on the frames or design of the game. Too ambitious and needs more focus.
