Not a bad drama/fantasy/thriller. The plot was definitely something new for me. I like how the story incorporated characters from the real world and the characters from a comic book. It was interesting how the bridge connecting the two worlds together was a tablet that lets the main protagonist to draw whatever she wants on there. Other than that, the acting was good, no major issues with the plot, the logic behind space traveling (between real and comic world) was clear, and the overall timing of the series was comfortable to watch. To me, the ending was a happy ending. Better than most drama's endings I've seen. I would recommend this drama to someone who's dreaming about dating the main protagonist from a manga. THE only little issue, not a big one, just my personal opinion, was that the female lead actress's facial expression was a little bit over dramatic. Her acting was a bit over-the-surface and failed to convey deeper emotions to the audience, at least to me.

Drawn by the cover and the title. The book was alright but bland in fact. Just another teenage high school story about love and emotion struggles. The part that really stand out from the rest is the shooting that took place in the auditorium. Four different perspectives also highlight the characters development, but, in my opinion, the alternating viewpoints delayed the continuum of the events and caused more confusions to the reader. I do, however, have to praise the amount of the research the author put into and the upstanding intention of writing a story that shows how teens react in a harrowing situation, such as a school shooting, inadvertently transform a person’s life.

Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald

I wonder when will this series ends cuz it’s quite obvious that it’s not as exciting or mind-thrilling as the Harry Potter’s series. A lot of the plots in Fantastic Beasts are redundant and unnecessary. I was hoping to see more interactions between Dumbledore and Grindelwald, but the movies failed to showcase that. Clearly, J.K. Rowling didn’t put as much efforts in crafting the characters relationships in FB as she did in HP. Maybe in the end, all she’s just trying to do is to earn her some quick cash...
