Absolutely shocking bought a present for my nephew for him to receive a completely wrong item not even that they wouldn’t refund me till the item was collected so I arrange collection for it to be collected for them to cancel. No refund no item out of pocket helpline is no help either please please avoid buying from any Argos store big name that they have with the worse customer service I’ve ever witnessed disgraceful if you ask me
