I didn’t know that this book was the third in a series and I think it read well alone. I had a few questions but nothing that kept me from enjoying the story. I do wish the ending had been a little clearer but I guess you’re supposed to put your own take on it. It was a pick from a book of the month club that my niece gave me as a gift. I will definitely look for more of Swanson’s books from now on.
