To all of the fools trying to compare this to 'Downtown Abbey', it's a false equivalence. Downtown abbey is a shambles compared to game of thrones in dialogue and costume, yet you don't make the distinction between those two. This was a short series based on a true story which did very much do it justice, where DA is fictional and will continue to pump out seasons until the well runs dry - sure DA is good, but why you would compare the two is beyond me. Two very different beasts!
