I have absolutely no issue with gender swapping of the characters whatsoever. In fact in the original story it makes absolutely no difference. I have a problem that this show isn’t about one of ny all time favorite series of books. Other than the fact that the planets names are correct and a Foundation exists, there is nothing related to the source material which is wildly disappointing. As far as a TV show that is about generic sci-fi, it does just fine and looks great.
