I was brought this for Christmas, thought the reviews would be great… the explanation of knots is very good, and there are lots of examples. There are a n7mber of patterns, but no where does it explain in detail how to put the patterns together. I want to make a plant hanger, but alas, the book although provides patterns and knots does not give me the instructions as someone new to macrame to make the plant hanger. A complete waste of money.
