I don’t rate much. Mostly when I am seriously impressed on way or the other. Her I was seriously impressed in a very negative way. There are two element to rate a produce. 1. The quality of the product and 2, the quality of the service. The TGC product is fine. I have nothing to compare it to, but I have no complaints. But the quality of the service is a scathing 1 star. Their service team is in India. I have no problem with Indian service. But, THEY ARE ON INDIAN TIME. THAT MEANS YOU NEED TO CONTACT THEM BETWEEN 6 PM MST and 6AM MST TIME. I spent 2.5 hours with them last night. I got up early this morning and finally got it resolved. But, that was after two weeks of exchanged emails that did not work. Essentially they sent the same email multiple time resulting in the same result. If I have a problem again, I will take the hit and buy a competitor’s product. As you can tell, I am pretty pissed off. I recommend a competitor who provides service on our time zone with people who respond in a reasonable time and know what they are doing. I wasted north of 10 hours on this.
