On one of those occasions when you see a movie and who is in it - you think mmm this could be interesting. With an interesting cast and after the setup you seem to be waiting for ever for the movie to fulfill its potential. Sadly it never happens . A good idea is wasted and the movie follows the path of a standard government “bad guy” approach rather than expanding the scope and exploring ideas first muted by classic sci-fi authors such as Isaac Asimov . What a shame and the final scenes are almost embarrassing in their rip off from , say , the Matrix
