Having owned this game since 2012, things at this company have greatly changed. For the past two years, I can not log in. For the first ten days of 2021 after many emails with staff, no help. I called Bellevue and they don't answer. Have repeatedly emailed for help and it is useless. Goodbye Arena Net.
