I only watched Season 2. I was absolutely starstruck. Medical situations are superb indeed. the way they act for all the medical responses is good. I love how they manage to overcome all of the upcoming obstacles. I love how they always solve all of their problems/issues/struggles at the end of every episode. I love the fact that nobody can trample them down and they were still solid at the end of every episode. I am wishing to have a Season 3 with the main Leads: Han Suk-kyu, Ahn Hyo Seop, Lee Sung-Kyung, and the rest of the casts :) and hoping to see more romance between Seo Woo-jin and Cha Eun-Jae. I really love their chemistry :) Dr. Romantic 2 is a very good series.
