I love this book. Jason does a great at sharing his experience to help the reader refocus on their "why". This book also helps the reader make a some serious adjustments on their goals for the future and the present. It helped me realign my CrossFit gym's goals/priorities and my owns too (both personal and professional). I highly recommend this book to anyone who is ready to self-analyze and really create an action plan for themselves. This book is an easy read, the stories are relatable and the workouts in it are great for all fitness levels. Make the most of your time and read this awesome book.
