I remember playing the Madden games round my friend's house around the early 2010's because they were really into NFL. Wasn't my cup of tea for a game personally but playing these types of games is always a good time as a group. I feel like if I tried to do the same thing with this game the experience would be hindered by the state that the game is in. If the only innovation your game has mustered over the recent years is how effectively can you monetise your already paying audience - you need to go back to the drawing-board and re-evaluate. Also, your response to this long-awaited, well-deserved backlash is completely disgraceful. You're getting the exact rating you asked for.
