A good read. Harry Potter in previous book was cranky moody angry adolescent. In this book he’s less self absorbed and focuses more on understanding his task. We learn more about Tom Riddle’s background and his vulnerabilities. Although a character dies, this book overall is much less dark than Order of the Phoenix. Here there’s some of the fun of early books as characters size up each other and move into dating.
