Was my favorite when it was released and I was 12 and still is in my top ten just a "few" years later. Rewatching again I am still enthralled by Christian Bale's acting ability at age 12/13. His transformation as a character is fluid and organic to the story, and not once seemingly unbelievable. The story is of historical and cultural importance. The visuals still stand up to time. Even the soundtrack is beautiful. Really feel this movie is underrated, undervalued, and underwatched. I will watch it several more times and then some more!
