I like the ingredients and the whole idea of this show. My one HUGE complaint is: why on earth don't the chefs pull their hair back? And, how can the judges even take a bite of the food that a chef has dripped sweat into? Really? Even fast food workers usually have their hair either covered or pulled back. It makes me want to check out the kitchen before I eat anywhere.
