The main plot, about the three couples falling in love, had been quite engaging. The subplots, about the various family members, are simply distractions to me. In particular, there have been at least three tedious episodes focused on the revelation that Mirae's mother was adopted. Adopted children are apparently a scandal to South Koreans. However, I couldn't understand the fuss, and don't care about that either. Therefore, at episode 30, the series is beginning to feel really draggy.
Unfortunately, on Viu, this seems to be the only series worth watching at the moment. The plots of the other series are mostly run of the mill type.
[Update] And now, in August, the adoption narrative stretched on to some melodramatic anti-climax. No wonder the series only ends at episode 50. All that heartaches and tears are so unnecessary.
