Ah yes, the sexist man who risked his life at 8 years old to save his mother from domestic abuse. How sexist. Let me ask you a few questions Savanna (yes, I read your review). Have you ran 100 miles in a day? Has your own crazed father held you at gunpoint and you lived to tell the story? Have you gone through Navy SEAL training? Have you had run ins with the KKK? I might come off as being an annoying fanboy, but to defend this man I will. Goggins is a legend. This book captivated me.
