The movie would've been better if the sound didn't go from from too quiet to so loud it hurt your ears in a matter of seconds. I had to watch most of it with the remote control in my hand. Charlton Heston's accent was difficult to understand and hard to hear, except when he was yelling. Several actions by the characters were just plain stupid, especially with Kim Basinger (of course they had to make her seem stupid because she's a blonde). The opening scene wasn't necessary because Jean could've just told Andrea that he was fired as a pilot. It would've saved money on production, too. The scenery was beautiful, and the set and props were very good. A few changes with the sound and better casting (other than Charlton Heston) would've made a huge difference.

The acting isn't very good, and I almost turned it off within the first 30 minutes. It's definitely entertaining, though. I've seen a lot of bad movies that I ended up regretting making it through to the end, but The Host didn't turn out to be one of them. If you don't mind watching a different kind of movie, and can stomach several sappy teenish love scenes, go ahead and keep watching.

**Spoilers This movie used the fake information from An Inconvenient Truth to spew more global warming bs before they changed the term to "climate change". The daughter of a scientist, and science students, don't think to wear gloves or masks when touching things infected with parasites? They don't turn someone onto their side when they are throwing up? They don't cauterize a wound to stop the bleeding? The story is stupid and the acting is bad. According to Val Kilmer's character, what better way is there to make people care about global warming than to bring an isolated parasite into a populated area? Now, THAT'S man-made! Give me a break!

Doug McClure must've really been desperate for work. This movie is horrible, unless you want a good laugh.

**Spoiler I thought this movie was really funny. The ending, though, disappointed me. It would've been much better if Madison wasn't guilty, and they didn't kill Jasper, but stil ended up happy together. Gary threw morality out of the window to save himself and his murderous girlfriend. So, it's ok to kill people who aren't very nice? It's ok to kill if it makes your life better? That completely spoiled it for me.

An anti-military film that promotes climate change. Typical doom and gloom. I was surprised to see Laila Robins, and even more surprised at how bad her acting was. She was good in The Boys. In Island Zero, she overacts. Her looks of disgust are very predictable. The casting was a little off. No chemistry between the actors, even the elderly married couple. My favorite line: "You're gonna negotiate with a fish". Stupid ending. This movie doesn't have any characteristics of a good horror film, especially suspense.

I hope whoever wrote the dialog didn't get paid much. The plot doesn't make any sense and the characters are really bad stereotypes. I'm really surprised that Luke Evans gave the script a serious thought. It's one of the all-time dumbest movies I've ever seen. Watched this movie because of Tyrus. Shouldn't have bothered.

Jennifer Lawrence must be desperate for work. Full nudity in a movie as a 32 year old trying to seduce a 19 year old childish boy....for a car....arranged by the boy's parents? The only way this could be worse is if the gender roles were switched, but even then people probably wouldn't complain because the world is so backwards. Sex in movies today has become as casual as smoking in the 60s and 70s. The acting was bad, dialog was predictable, and scenes were either gross or just plain stupid. Why anyone wanted to be involved with this movie is very confusing.

This is a very well done movie. The acting is believable and the set is perfect. I wouldn't change anything about the story, the cast, or the monster. All Eyes is funny in the right places and suspenseful in the right places. Most horror movies have characters that make stupid moves which make the audience question why they did or didn't do something. The character in this movie did everything I would've done in the situations he found himself in. The name of the monster even makes sense at the end, and even though everything isn't explained, it doesn't take anything away from the story. All Eyes may be considered "low budget", but it doesn't feel like it is...and I've watched (and attempted to watch) a LOT of low budget movies that were really bad. All Eyes deserves to be in a different category. I'll watch it again. Great job!!

I expected this movie to be really bad. The acting wasn't the best and the dialog could've been better, but the special effects were pretty good. I actually jumped a few times. Lol. Kids who like scary movies would probably enjoy watching this in a dark room. The Pyramid could've been so much better with a little effort. If the characters were more developed, some of the stupid comments were changed, and better explanations about the hieroglyphics were added, it could've gotten better reviews. *A previous review mentioned "rats ", but they are cats - Guardians of the Underworld.
