Well, is it a return to the old style of assassin’s creed? YES! There is obviously some changes but the concept is definitely there and I’m glad to see that they did this.
Now, the game itself feels more like a big DLC of Valhalla (to explain what the H. Happened to Basim). The game story is way way too short and once finished it becomes purposeless to do all side missions as there are no special perks to get out of them.
The stealth aspect is well made but the combat feels empty and really weak, specially when compared to Odyssey and Valhalla.
The end scene of the game is more confusing than anything else and doesn’t really explain anything else that we didn’t know about the brotherhood or about the “templars” and doesn’t switch with present time as it usually does.
So overall, if you are a fan of the original ACs and enjoy side quests for the purpose of doing the 100% then this game is for you!
If you enjoyed Origin, odyssey or Valhalla- make sure to buy it with the sole purpose of getting to know Basim and do not expect anything else from it.
