I've played fallout for a long time I'll give it a 5 star rating because a lot of the game is similar they left out a lot of factions including the best from fallout New Vegas I don't mind the new storyline cuz it keeps it on its own two legs even though it's closest to the FO4 gameplay. I could be nastalgic but I hope the city at the ending is actually NV I thought if they tried to follow the storyline they would ruin it so I'm actually glad they didn't and that they put it in a new location overall I thought the show was accurate but they definitely needed to add the factions from all the games and show more brutality the game was way more brutal than the show. Also on a side note I was very disappointed they didn't have any vault-tec cartoons in the beginning of the show! That would have made it so much more of a fallout feel. I love the fact that they kept it violent yet happy go lucky cheesy at the same time that is definitely a fallout nuance. Overall as a fallout fan other than those keynotes I was not disappointed. Also I like how they slow down time when they kill each other but it would have been cool if the vat system showed itself when the time slowed down and definitely add more abominations next season I do absolutely love how they are edging into the dark side of vault tec so quickly. I know a lot of people have been disappointed with the fact that the show portrays a woman but if you're actually a fallout fan which clearly you aren't if you mad because in fallout the female has better stats so why wouldn't you pick her as the main character? Especially when her overall stats are better than choosing a male as your start in gameplay. This just proves that you're not an actual player of the game if you don't appreciate that fact i'm more concerned with the real stats of the game compared to the show. nothing could be more accurate then choosing a female character for the lead.. overall Bethesda and the producers did a great job converting fallout from a game to a show . usually a movie company will ruin a game when turn to a franchise show / movie but they couldn't have done a closer version considering what they normally do to a platform crossover...p.s. Bethesda if you ever actually read this consider the following don't let them change too much, y'all make more money! sincerely a fallout fan! I do love how they put "a" father into it even though it's not the same as the game play and also allow the characters AKA the storyline choices/ characters to betray the factions they're in. I absolutely love that part because I betrayed all the factions in gameplay, Fr I killed them all no matter how many playthroughs I always kill everyone simply because I disagree with there views 😆 and if you have a problem with my opinion chances are you're not an actual fallout fan considering I've played through every game at least twice! if season 2 actually debuts I hope you get deeper into the enclave and show other factions such as The institute, NCR, the legion, super mutants, etc .. I can name them all but I am not going to.. I just hope it gets deeper into the storyline .. once again as a fan I'm not disappointed as long as the show improves💯🖕
