Edit: Over the few months bungie has learned their lesson and removed sunsetting mostly (anything before season 10 is still sunset) but they added new weapons and story, and you can get red war weapons again in season 13, so id recommend trying destiny 2 again! Old review: Tbh I was excited for this DLC, the story is fun and the new subclasses are nice, but the removal of a lot of the games activities wasn't worth it, and now the weapons and armor you liked are probably useless now since they have a power cap, i play destiny for its fun things to do and the fashion you can do with your guardian, but now that's all trashed and now you cant use the armor you liked the look of without possibly grinding hours to get new versions of it or just not able too at all, so what I'm saying is, bring back everything people loved about the game bungie... i really want to say this DLC is good i really do, but sadly I just cant with the state you put it in right now.

Honestly i listened to the negative comments about this game and thought "wow, it must be really bad" but after trying it, i see its not bad at all! (besides some of the usual glitches all games have lmao). i love the side quests and the DLC campaigns they add, the only problem i have is that you got to buy the later expansions for a season, it would be more fair if you bought the main DLC for the season and you could either get the later content for free or a half off discount, but other than some of the paywalls it's fun and easy on new players when you start, and introducing new mechanics as you level up is tedious, its helpful and easy. i also love the funny little glitches that can happen like your character swinging their arms or shooting a bow really fast. also a helpful tip to new players, grab whatever you can to sell, its easy money and can get you to get better stuff to level up quicker to get better quests for better loot and gear and money. so my opinion? id say try it out and see for yourself!
