The vacuum is good for about a year. The suction gets lower overtime. The warranty is supposed to be 5 years for the motor part, just called and they are telling me it’s not the motor, even when I don’t have much suction. Purchased the Shark Duo clean in December 2021. Don’t recommend this product as Shark does not stand behind their warranties. This vacuum is too expensive to not cover warranty.
