The book is brilliant. The movie? Not so much. Keith Powers delivered a great performance, but this was not Gabby's best work. So many beautiful displays of their affection in the book, while the movie cut every romantic corner possible. It's a shame, too, because their chemistry is what drives the storyline. So many other scenes just didn't measure up. The ending, the party scene - even the development of their project left a lot to be desired. Jenna and Eric's love story deserved better.
