1965 Shelby

Good story line but the acting and direction is abysmal. The actress who plays older Marie is often looking at the actors in the face, looking at the eggs placed in front of her etc. She starts cutting her eggs in one shot and then the camera angle changes and her hands are at her sides, eggs untouched. The primary actors, Ruffalo etc play French civilians but they all have English accents. Ruffalo is not believable at all in his character. He plays Mark Ruffalo with a very bad accent. Hugh Laurie is always excellent and probably the brightest part of this series. Kind of surprised he did it honestly.... :(
