I watched two seasons Paramount's Evil and I must say its a complete waste of time. I kept waiting for the age old struggle between good and evil to evolve but basically it's a story of a hyper promiscuous, murderous, and uninteresting woman being recruited by Satan to be "Evil" which she is. There really is no force for good in any of characters as they are all more or less despicable aside from the four little girls of the main woman who have a 40 to 60 second screaming session in most episodes if not all. I really enjoyed the 70's movie the Exorcist and even the Fox redo of the same name was cool. The subject matter is very interesting and can be a very compelling, however, the producers of this program really missed the mark. I guess if I have find at least one positive aspect in all those hours of bad TV I would say that the demon "George" was effective as comic relief. I saw that it has been renewed for a third season, although I will not be watching, I am glad for the production crew and even the bad actors will be receiving more paychecks.
