This is all part of a sales funnel to get you to spend $28k upfront for a "tailored" plan to live offshore...then another $50k to implement it. The bottom line is that they will recommend you renounce your US citizenship because otherwise you will still have to pay taxes.... In my experience in dealing with the Nomad Capitalist team, they are not offering anything proprietary. If you're a true 7-8 figure entrepreneur, you are used to discovering angles yourself in life, that is why you are wealthy and in the position to live offshore. There are plenty of legal tax shelters that exist where you can reduce your taxes and continue to maintain your citizenship in the US (which is still the world's greatest economy and a very friendly country for doing business). You don't need these guys, in my opinion they're only interested in your money. There's some good content on the YouTube channel as far as potential places to live in the world, so all you need to do is go there and learn the land, then hire a local that is connected and get things rocking...
