Well….FIRST off…I reallly really….really…wish I could give this film NO stars…but Google won’t let me. If it weren’t for feeling I am disrespecting the King himself, I would say what I really think of Priscilla. I read another review and must agree with that person that she and everyone involved in this film should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this GREAT man to be portrayed this way. When I was a kid, Elvis was my hero almost like Superman was to other kids and I have admired him my entire life. When I saw “Elvis” in 2022, I truly understood why I felt such a connection with him as a person because he had a similar upbringing to myself and I now respect him even more in a completely different way as a result. This movie however, not only did I fall asleep several times, and roll my eyes almost into the back of my freaking skull multiple times, I wouldn’t even waste my damn time rewatching the ending just to see what other b—-s—-t was portrayed about him. Girl…..you would be NOTHING without this man, my bad Elvis if this is disrespectful to you sir. May you rest in peace KIND sir. May God have mercy on her soul and all those who were involved in this horrible travesty. You were not perfect and we ALL fall short of the Glory of God and deserve to be respected when we are gone.
