Worst “martial arts” movie ever made. The acting is so bad and unnatural; and the comedic elements fell flat and are simply not funny at any point. There are also a number of propagandized ideas (not sure if intentional or just because the writer of the script just grew up with them). The cast needs a lot of work, as does the CGI and action scenes.
The directors tried to cram too many sequences into the movie…seemingly thinking if there are more “action”, that would turn it into a good movie. But this was doomed from the first stroke of the pen!
I was fooled by the high ratings but after watching this in theater, I’d definitely would put this in the wait until a RedBox release if you are curious to check it out.
