Boring, overrated, and you see nothing basically the entire film. I understood the idea of it, but overall just super boring. Repetitive shots into darkness and grainy picture with nothing to see. This could have been a terrifying film. I feel as though sometimes the jump scares are necessary!!! Or even SOMETHING happening. There’s no sense in saying “spoiler alert” because the only spoiler is the fact NOTHING HAPPENS. It’s a movie that plays on making you uncomfortable and bored on purpose. I get the uneasy feel, nightmarish childhood stuff, but this was just a movie that felt like a drag. Wasted potential for a scary film. Save your time watch something better.
