I thought this was a brilliant and sad film. What stood out for me was people trying to do the right thing during war, it was time appropriate,,, but hopefully we have moved on in 2024. The most important thing I found was not to trust or believe in nonsense provided by people in costumes or idiots who are called royal or have silly uniforms on. Make your own mind up. Recently we in the UK had some bloke in a costume with lots of silly medals on,,, calling for potential conscription in the event of war. These pointless paid by the UK tax payer “us” people, have no place in 2024 and should do something else. Can you imagine before the prince of wales, went to “Pizza Hut” following him into battle,,,, can you. Make your own mind up,,, but people in costumes will and only will look after themselves,,, and after so much death during WW2, nothing really has changed, other than the fact we still have stupid people in costumes,,,,,, and you are still paying for them, their pensions when they retire. Do you think defending some soil wherever it sits is worth our sons one daughters? Today these pointless costumed, whether army, airforce or whatever have no place,,,, but unfortunately will still exist because and entirely based on money, jobs and making all of us who really don’t need them,,,, think we do.

Although this 7 years old movie, whilst harrowing,,, most likely represented the reality of the drugs and the men in costumes trying to prevent it. My point of view is,,, pretty simple,,, legalise drugs, those that want them will find a way to get them and those that are not interested “like me” won’t add drugs to there menu. Let’s assume we legalise drugs on Monday, we tax it’s use and ensure quality. On Tuesday all of these “bad people” across the planet will be out of business or at least be able to announce their contributions to government and people wearing costumes in law enforcement. So what’s the issue? Well a few spring to mind,,,,all of the guys in costumes, with guns, planes and power, wouldn’t need to be employed. All of the money paid to law enforcement to tackle drugs wouldn’t need to be paid,,, so,,, lots and lots of people would be out of work. My suggestion sounds,,,, really simple, you may even consider stupid. If you think the idea is stupid maybe it’s time for you to wake up,,,, maybe you think there will be mobs of crazed druggies roaming the streets,,maybe your children over night will become junkies. One thing is for sure, if we legalise drugs all, repeat all of the gangs who kill for control, power and turf will overnight disappear. Burglaries, killings and all sorts of drug related crime will vanish. All of the drugs will be taxed, produced to a quality which will ensure your children or loved ones won’t die if they choose to use them. People across the planet will continue to use drugs for whatever reason,,, agree or disagree that is the reality,,, bury your head as much as you like,,, would it not be better to at least have these people taking quality controlled substances as opposed to poison. So why don’t we do something different and at least try and have an adult sensible conversation about drugs. Do you really believe that governments across the planet cannot stop drugs,,, if they chose too? Drugs are big,,,, big,,,big business. I simply say legalise them and let people choose to use or not,,,, and take all of the criminals, killers and rodents out of the situation. Like it or not,,, drugs that make you high, or forget,,,,,,now and in the future will always be a part of the human condition. At some point a government/people in these pointless institutions will be offered enough incentive,,,, enough that they will convince the rest of us who actually pay for these government parasites that drug legalisation is a “good thing” so let’s try and skip to that point and save lives,,,,,,,,, just a thought.
