the heartthrobs

this show is so special to me and it’s very beautiful. the chemistry between simon and wilhelm is undeniable and i love how edvin and omar portray them and their relationship. i really like this show because it’s “real.” it shows the struggles and challenges that wille and simon go through. it portrays how it feels like to have anxiety (with wille) perfectly. there is also a lot of diversity, which is nice to see and very important. i also appreciate how we get to see other characters’ issues and struggles, like august taking pills and sara trying desperately to fit in.

this show is so incredible. from the acting, to the special effects, to the costumes and storyline - it keeps you hooked and is consistent good throughout all of the seasons.

i am giving this show one star because of the sexist joke about taylor swift they wrote in (which was completely unecessary) but also because it’s unbearably “cringey” and the character ginny is an not a likable main character.
