Worse book I’ve ever read. I read it as part of my 75 hard challenge so I had to finish it. I was excited to read it because of all of the hyped up reviews but I couldn’t have been more disappointed. I have to agree with Time Magazine about it being a bunch of Mumbo Jumbo. For me it was excruciating. The wording made absolutely no sense to me and did not flow. If no one else wants this book from me it will definitely be hitting the recycling bin. It does not deserve a place on my book shelf.
