I love Jon Taffer's austere attitude and stern posture when dealing with bar owners.But what I really love is his empathy and compassion for said owners! Just watched an episode where, with all the problems of the business, the owner had recently lost his son. When I saw that teardrop roll down Jon's face during their conversation, it gave me a whole new sense of respect for Jon! Tough guys have feelings too!!!!!!!
