I understand everyone's review of it but I honestly love the whole concept of the virus being given to us by aliens and i know a lot of people feel mislead with how the teasers and trailers were promoting the movie but then again obviously we weren't supposed to know the whole story at first. Hell we don't even know the whole story anyway, now I know one of the major issue is that people don't know what to label it as due to the fact that it has too much packed in one movie and it isn't even addressed by the characters. But I feel like it creates a bigger sense of mystery to it and It leaves me wanting more. Maybe if it was done in a different way, people wouldn't have a big issue with that but I still dig it nonetheless. And the time loop theory, I am with it. I honestly would love to see how that plays into this story.
