It's interesting. Really wants your attention at all times. Almost feels like a show made for tiktok. The show never give you a chance to catch your breath. Jumping between realities, jump cuts, compounding mysteries, swapping languages.

This show was just trying to be too many things.
There's some enjoyment to be had, but also a lot of the writing has me asking "why did they do it like that?"
It's often a frustrating watch.

I've seen some pseudo-documentaries with the story altered to make it more interesting, but this is atrocious.
Netflix originals are expensive trash.

Some parts of it are pretty and I think some good acting and makeup might have happened, but this movie feels like an overly streamlined RPG fetch quest.
- Go to a location
- Quickly get what you need with next to no friction
- Cutscene plays and lazily tells you something it deems important
- Repeat
Plot twist: "turns out the poor writing tricked you into not seeing it coming! ARE YOU NOT ENTERTAINED?!"
It's not even action movie dumb fun. It's just dumb.

Pretty good, but I got annoyed that the host tried relate to literally any situation as if she had the same lived experience. Came off as self indulgent and dishonest.

The show just feels so disjointed. It lacks motivation and direction.
- They are competing, but weirdly cooperating.
- How or why are the recipients of the creations selected?
- Why aren't they given more strict rules to compete? (wildly different products from each contestant)
- What value do we get from this? (we aren't learning techniques, not learning about the creators with the 1-dimensional interactions, etc)
