Album number 7 but the energy and invention makes it sound like a debut. Most bands of their vintage are probably phoning it in by now, with plenty of filler and a couple of singles on their new albums. Touring on the back of more popular, earlier work. But definitely not EE, they are still producing top quality music and I can't think of another band anywhere on the planet right now that are both as productive but also maintain the highest of standards with every new album. I really don't understand why they're not far more popular than they are. It not like their songs are difficult to listen to, it's basically just really sophisticated pop music coupled with thoughtful lyrics and it's also as catchy as hell. There's not another band on the planet that can touch them at the minute, they really are THAT good.
