I found the movie an average. Movie just drags in first half. Second half is still good. A subject of illegal immigration is serious and heavy topic. It could be narrated more impactfully. Director takes much time to arrive on, why people in India choose illegal way for immigration but if the director would have shown the process of illegal immigration in much more detail, may people daring to choose this illegal way, will not ever think for it. The movie wraps up the journey of illegally crossing the borders very fast.No doubt, the movie gives a good message that life in overseas is not good how one dreams in India and to persue it, one becomes desperate here. The sentiments shown in movie to change policies for immigration are emotional but practically not admirable. In entire starcast, only SRK's charm pulls the whole movie. As like in Rajkumar Hirani's all other movies, Boman Irani is expected in a strong role but here his screen time is very short and the character is not impactful at all.

The story / concept is good. But it could have been created more impactfully... Both Abhay Deol and Pankaj Kapur are great actors and the creators could have pulled out much more talent from both of them. There is no CBI kind of a charm or intelligence shown in Abhay Deol's character in entire movie. E.g. a CBI officer chasing the person in a cab scene is too slow and boring. The story creates tight hold in starting but drags in the end. The theory of Time Travel is explained nicely but the scene of how they go back in past is the worst. But overall a good effort to diversify the viewers from an usual thrilling stories to some sci-fi theories.
