As an avid Stephen king fan and someone who enjoyed Hollys character I find this recent novel flat and so predictable! It reminds me of how good James Patterson was then woah sad writing ( not that he was ever as good a writer as Mr King just comparing the downward slide. Holly could have been so much more, there really were no tense moments, no real terror just two old people with wacky ideas. I get that King wants to keep writing , keep making money but I can’t recommend this book . I long for more like Desperation and The Regulators two of his best and quite a few of his short stories. Holly deserved better and so do Kings fans !
