Ultimately disappointing conclusion. It's convoluted, rushed, and a bit boring. It undermines what has come before in a desperate attempt to win over fans who weren't happy. The result is a tonne of forced fan service that fails to satisfy. Positives include some decent action scenes, genuinely good banter between the leads at times.
