If Disney wanted to do an All Black, All Asian, All Indian, All Hispanic version - that would be fine. Han Christian Andersen was DANISH. It is RACIST CULTURAL APPROPRIATION and an insult to all Scandinavian cultures. Are you going to do a black Mulan or Pocahontas? Did try to watch but her voice is REEDY and the casting does NOT work well together. This is not the story of The Little Mermaid. Disney needs to change the title so people are not confused. Sad that Disney is so busy FORCING the political views of a few in upper management instead of meeting the needs of the public. There are many charming tales that children of all cultures can enjoy.
