I watched the movie. Then I read, Bird Box. It was better and different from the movie. Then I read Malorie. These books are excellent. The ending was disturbing and scary for both books. Bird Box needed a sequel. Excellent idea. The books are not too long or too short. I love the easy reading. As someone with a reading disability, I found both books comprehensible.
