spoiler free review!! this is one of the best animes i have seen. the character tropes, the plot and the soundtrack- literally each of these are ASTOUNDING, AND RIGHT ON POINT! the storyline got me hooked right from the start and the action/combat scenes, along with the ost as well as the heartfelt and profound scenes have all been planned out in a brilliantly balanced manner. THIS ANIME SERIOUSLY DESERVES SO MUCH MORE RECOGNITION! the way the characters and plot develop is remarkable and beautiful to watch. And the underlying meaning of the whole show concluded with such effectiveness and mastery is absolutely outstanding! i would recommend basically everyone to watch it because i can assure you its definitely worth it!!

I sat is front of the screen as the credits went by, and I weeped. I cried so much. Call me by your name is a beautiful, heart wrenching movie and one that you will remember until long after you have seen it. Set in the summer of Italy, it follows the hearts of 2 people bound by deep love, as they find out about their sexualies and find each other. Timothee Chalamet has done an outstanding job of portraying Elio, along with Armie Hammer as Oliver. This film is absolutely marvellous and it will leave a mark on your heart.. You can't not love the the attachment between the 2 main charachters and though it is a romance, its not at all cliché. The underying message of this movie is so much more profound and intense than other romance films. Its sensual so I would recommend it for people aged 13 and above. Call me by your name is a must watch, and you will not regret spending your time in watching this film, so please do :)
