Unfortunately there is no way to provide this company with 0 stars. I just recently moved on May 27, 2022, and it was the WORST experience I have ever had. To start, they were late. I was called and was asked if I would be be willing to reschedule my move even though I had my reservation for over a month. Simply due to lack of staffing. My move did not take place until 4pm. I was quoted three movers and got two. One of which was the MOST DISRESPECTFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL, and CONDESCENDING human beings ever. Dimitri did not listen to any request to properly cover my couch and cushions (they were thrown around on the truck. I asked the other mover to make sure my dresser was properly secured and covered, and when he told Dimitri that he ignored him. Upon reaching my new location, Dimitri refused to comply with my apt building’s regulations and threatened several times not to finish the job. He yelled at me, questioned me on information I ALREADY PROVIDED this company when I booked my reservation (and was told was ok and would be “professionally handled”), and told me I was “DIFFICULT” and that he “wasn’t going to be on this job until 10pm” (note: he was holding the time up NOT the other mover). Dimitri’s behavior forced me to contact several managers and insisted that one come down and finish this job as he halted a job for 40min. By the end of the night they broke my dresser into pieces, and when I closed out with the manager I was told that I couldn’t file a claim through the movers (while the website says I could have). THIS COMPANY WILL NEVER GET MY SERVICES AGAIN. THE RATING ON THEIR WEBSITE DOES NOT REFLECT THE GOOGLE ONES. I encourage you all to refer to these reviews for the TRUTH.
