What a shame that people from other cultures don't understand how Juan Rulfo depicted Mexican superstitions and their approach to death. Everything is not only around Pedro Páramo, but it's around death itself. Perfect release timing; just around Día de Muertos. The movie is very attached to the book's narrative. Customs, setting, sound, acting, photography, everything was perfect!

A quien le moleste ver escenas sexuales en la pantalla que ni se tome la molestia en verla. El tema del sexo es parte imprescindible de la serie al lado del narcisismo del personaje principal y todo lo que de ese desorden emana. La inocencia, la lujuria, la pérdida, el dolor, la mentira, la decepción, la adicción, la venganza están perfectamente representadas por tan magníficas actuaciones.

If everyone knows that Maneet is the queen of spices and wins every time you should not allow her to continue competing because you're taking away opportunities for other magnificent chefs. Sorry Maneet, you must be fair.

I found this movie slow and disturbing. The suspense music was horrible; like a very cheap 70's movie. Natalie's and Julianne's performances were as expected coming from two Oscar winning actors. Charles' was ok.

Before creating any episode related to other cultures you should -- you must -- do a thorough research. On another note, you should not physically stereotype your characters. That was very rude and racist.

Ms. Jackson's performance is superb, and the plot heartbreaking. The story of many families dealing with a parent suffering from Alzheimer's.

The only few things I really liked are the amazing photography, and some philosophical phrases/thoughts. I didn't find much sense in general. Too surreal and it seems that it probably needs much imagination/interpretation? Or maybe it is for more evolved minds than mine.

Horrible everything: plot, screenwright, performance - especially that of Shannon Tarbet. Honestly, I don't know how Aidan Turner accepted this role after a magnificent performance in Poldark. Don't waste your time watching it as I did.

I didn't expect this to be as good as it is. Talking about DV is difficult for many. It's a very well managed susceptible topic. Sigourney's performance is sublime, but that one from the rest of the actors is not lesser. I was very surprised how of a good actor Sebastian Zurita has become. He definitely will bring pride to his family and to all Mexico. ¡Échele Sebastián!
