The hidden message (Actually not so hidden) in this film is, how corrupt the world is. "If you have the gold you make the rules, and That's just the way the world works and if you want wealth you need to sell your soul". (The scene where his wife meets him and tells him, "If she wanted a poor, honest man she would've married a college professor") (The elite political left are the most perfect example)

Fun, fast paced with many similarities to Ferris Beuller.

Could, (Should) have been better. Seems like bad editing. Unless that's what the director was shooting for. Rough, chopped up, no smooth flow. The movie wanted to be better.
