I had a huge expectation from Laika after the amazing story of movies like corpse bride,coraline, paranorman but this movie just turned out to be huge disappointment with stale and cliche story of a journey to a lost paradise with a man and woman with love interest and a funny animal.Then realizing at the end that, they don't need that paradise,they just need to accept themself. It was just boring and so predictable.Friendship was the treasure they were searching for all along kind of movie.
Sorry for being harsh, i guess they can't deliver perfection everytime .But the animation was gorgeous so kudos for that.Better luck next time laika.
