So I decided to watch Home Sweet Home Alone, and it was pure garbage. It tried so hard to be funny but failed miserably. The plot is terrible, the characters and acting are bad, and everything just sucks. 1) The characters are bland and the acting sucks. The main character is a spoiled evil brat named Max. Max's actor (and probably every other actor in the movie) are probably good people in real life, but their character and acting sucks. Max is spoiled and rich and says he's "a child in need", and he thinks that an excuse to STEAL A TOY FROM A CHURCH TOY CHARITY. HE HAS AN INFINITE SUPPLY OF TOYS, FOOD, AND ELECTRONICS, AS WELL AS A MANSION TO LIVE IN, AND HE'S SAYS HE'S NEEDY. He also tortures the "bad guys", who just need a doll they think he stole to pay their house and have a good life with their kids. HOW IS MAX THE CHARACTER WE SHOULD BE ROOTING FOR. The "bad guys", are just people who are struggling financially with their kids, and need an expensive doll they thought Max stole, so them and their family could have a good life. Then Max's family is non-existent. The mom looks like she doesn't want to do this, and the rest of the family appears for 2 minute. 2 MINUTES. (2 The Plot is Garbage. So the spoiled Max drinks a bunch of soda, and tells his mom he needs to pee while they are in the car going home. So Max goes to the "bad guys" house, and pees in their toilet. Then he leaves, and one of the "bad guys" family members took the doll. So then Max sleeps in the car, and the family has 2 cars, but they rent another. So they leave without Max, he hears the "bad guys" saying they want the doll, and he thinks they want to kidnap him. Seriously? Why can't Max just call his parents. So he sets up DEADLY booby traps. And while the booby traps were pretty fun and dangerous in Home Alone 1 & 2, these booby traps are DEADLY. So he starts torturing the "bad guys", who just need to talk to him. Then he finally listens 20 minutes later, and he saves the doll and also didn't learn his lesson and wasn't' kind until the last 12 minutes of the movie. 3) It was gross. Just some vomit inducing moments. I didn't need to see Kevin's brother eating, or one of the "bad guys" farting in his wife's face, who is also a "bad guy". Overall, terrible movie. Bad characters and acting, horrible plot, disgustingness all over, and a few scenes that lead to nowhere. Don't watch this movie.
